Singer-songwriter The Weeknd has put his Los Angeles apartment up for sale for $22 million.
The whole floor of the 35-unit, 22-story Beverly West condo building in Westwood, which is close to the Los Angeles Country Club, was put up for sale on Tuesday. His 7,950-square-foot home has a great room with balconies on both sides and a wet bar, as well as magnificent views of the city and the Pacific Ocean.

The Weeknd, 31, is a three-time Grammy Award winner recognized for his dark R&B sound and songs such as “Can’t Feel My Face” and “Die For You.” His new album, “Dawn FM,” will be released on Friday. Mansion Global claimed two years ago that he paid $21 million for the home.
In addition, there is a chef’s galley and dining area
A “state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen” and a “entertainment bar with a stunning TV wall” with four 65-inch televisions are listed as further amenities in the listing with Angel Salvador of Beverly Hills Estates. When contacted for comment, he took a while to react.

The listing photos show four bedrooms, including a master suite with two vanities, a steam shower, and a Jacuzzi tub with views of the country club. The primary bedroom is connected to an additional room, which is being used as a gym.
There are four apartments available
According to people involved in the sale, the musician referred to the condo he bought as a “mansion in the sky” because he wanted less upkeep.
