Inside Leonardo DiCaprio’s Lavish Los Angeles mansion

Leonardo DiCaprio has found a buyer for his nearly century-old Los Angeles property, which he was asking $4.9 million for most recently

Leonardo DiCaprio’s nearly 100-year-old Los Angeles home, which was most recently listed for $4.9 million, has reportedly found a buyer, according to listing documents.

A contract to buy the Tudor-style house from 1926 was signed by an unidentified buyer on Wednesday, according to the Multiple Listing Service. According to Mansion Global, the house was listed for $5.75 million in August.

The residence exceeds 4,500 square feet in size

According to PropertyShark records, Mr. DiCaprio paid $4.19 million for Red Oak Manor from artist Moby in 2018 through a trust associated with his cousin and longtime business acquaintance Robert Hrtica.

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house in Los Feliz Oaks, according to the listing with Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland, was “restored and completely reimagined by Moby.” The description claims that during his two-year tenure, he refurbished the house, keeping “original architectural details and character while incorporating modern influences for contemporary living.”

The chef’s kitchen

A living room with hardwood floors, a fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows is included in the listing photos, as is a chef’s kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a formal dining room with French doors and a veranda, and two master bedroom suites with marble bathrooms.

In addition, there is a mezzanine that can function as a study or yoga room, a lower level with space for a gym or office, and a guest suite with a hidden entrance to a bath and steam room.

There are two master bedroom accommodations and an additional three bedrooms

The grounds include a pool and “a forest-like setting with large specimen trees creating a magical, tranquil environment,” according to the listing.

Through a representative, Mr. Lawyer declined to comment on the impending sale.

In the last few months, the real estate market has kept Mr. DiCaprio quite busy. He lived in his Malibu mansion for more than 20 years before selling it for $10,3 million in November, as Mansion Global previously reported.
