Is she getting some gown-wearing practice in ahead of New York Fashion Week?

Kendall Jenner may be gearing up for New York Fashion Week, but that didn’t stop her from raising some bucks for AIDS research at the amfAR gala. In the process, she looked incredible, wearing a thigh-split, scarlet Romona Keveza gown. Can we expect to see more of this kind of look when she sashays down the catwalk this month?

Proving that she can do glam as well as model-off-duty cool, she gave the cameras her best Blue Steel as she jutted her leg to one side. Meanwhile, her beauty look was every bit as striking as her one-shouldered gown, as she opted for a runway-ready, slicked-back ‘do and a burst of red lipstick.

The supermodel-slash-reality-star has landed the cover of Allure’s March issue, and she’s told the mag why she asked her siblings to skip the front row at her shows. She said: “As selfish as this sounds, I wanted the attention to be on me for five seconds rather than my family.

“If they were sitting front row, it would have been all about, ‘Oh, Kim goes to Kendall’s first fashion show!’ I love Kim, but for a minute I wanted it to be like, ‘OK, this is [Kendall’s] thing—and she’s taking it seriously.'”
