Adele ‘Hello’ new life in luxury mansion in Beverly Hills $58M
Adele put her Beverly Hills house on the market for $12 mιllιon on Monday. The Hamptons-style house is situated in Hidden Valley, a guard-gated neighborhood in the city that is popular with celebrities.
According to PropertyShark records, the 34-year-old singer of “Hello” and “Easy on Me” purchased the house last May for close to $10 mιllιon from TV personality and fashion designer Nicole Richie.
Additionally, according to records, Adele already owned two other homes in the area when she purchased the one in question. She purchased her first home, a more than 6,500-square-foot property, for $9.5 mιllιon in 2016 and another for $10.65 mιllιon in 2019. Adele bought the homes using trusts connected to her business adviser.
The English chartreuse paid $58 mιllιon for a 21,000 square foot, Mediterranean-style home in Beverly Hills a few months before to the listing. The Sylvester Stallone house was reportedly on the market for $110 mιllιon.
According to listing images, the recently listed 5,500 square foot home boasts an open living and dining area with a fireplace, a wood paneled office with a door leading outside, an eat-in kitchen with wine storage and garden access, as well as a nearby den and breakfast nook.
According to the listing, the main suite upstairs contains a fireplace, two closets, and a bathroom with a bathtub, rain shower head, and steam room all enclosed by metal framed doors. On the upper floor, there are also two more bedroom suites and a huge playroom or guest room.
