Evangeline Lilly has shared a bad experience she had on the set of her hit TV series Lost.

The 38-year-old actress – who starred on the show from 2004 to 2010 – said she was horrified when she was told to ᵴtriƥ partially nude for the show.

‘In season 3, I’d had a bad experience on set with being basically cornered into doing a scene partially nɑƙeɗ, and I felt had no choice in the matter,’ she told the Lost Boys podcast on Tuesday.

‘And I was mortified and I was trembling when it finished. I was crying my eyes out and I had to go on do a very formidable, very strong scene thereafter,’ said the beauty.

‘In season 4, another scene came up where Kate was undressing and I fought very hard to have that scene be under my control.

‘And I failed to control it again. So I then said, “That’s it, no more. You can write whatever you want — I won’t do it. I will never take my clothes off on this show again.” And I didn’t.’

Evangeline also spoke about her character Kate and how she grew over time.

‘At the beginning [Kate] was kinda cool, and then as the show went on, she became more and more predictable and obnoxious.

‘I felt like my character went from being anonymous, really having her own story and her own journey and her own agendas, to chasing to men around the island. And that irritated the s— out of me,’ Evangeline said.

‘I did throw scripts across rooms when I’d read them because I would get very frustrated by the diminishing amount of autonomy that she had and the diminishing amount of her own story that there was to play. There’s nothing wrong with women’s lives being characterized by their relationships.

‘I think that often happens to men and women. But there was this eventual lack of dimension to what was going on with her.’

She was last seen in Rome during a photo call with Paul Rudd for Ant-Man and the Wasp.

Stealing the spotlight, Evangeline couldn’t contain her giggles as she showed off her envy-inducing leggy figure in a chic grey blazer style dress.

Evangeline looked sensational in the number, which proved to be ever so slightly oversized with a dropped belt.

Falling at a daring thigh-skimming length, the former Lost star showed off her toned pins which she boosted with sky-high peep-toe stilettos.

Ant-Man opened in the U.S. Friday, July 6, and pulled in an impressive $76 million nationwide during its first weekend.

The movie has also received stellar reviews from critics, and currently holds an 86 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.

It easily topped the U.S. weekend box office pulling almost $50 million more than Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, which came in second.

With a production budget around $162 million, Ant-Man and the Wasp looks like another win for Marvel.

The studio has had a string of box office hits in 2018 with Avengers: Infinity War racking up over $2 billion and counting, and Black Panther passing $1.3 billion globally.
