Ryan Paevey is making a slow return to the spotlight after taking a break.
Ryan Paevey is making a slow return to acting. General Hospital fans were shocked to learn that he’s reprising his role as Nathan West. Paevey also teased that he’s been juggling other projects.
More Acting Gigs On The Horizon
On Friday, September 5, Paevey shared a video on Instagram. He teased that there are more acting gigs in the future. He’s working on a surfing movie, which he previously teased was his dream role. Paevey would spend most of his time traveling and surfing.
“You hear me talk about how I’ve got a lot of irons in the fire lately,” Paevey said in his video. “General Hospital is one of them … but there’s others as well. I’ve got a whole bunch of films on the radar right now, one of which is coming up soon. Tropical location, surfing … it’s gonna be cool. Gonna bring some friends along. You might recognize one in the film, no less, so that’s super exciting.”
Returning To The Hallmark Channel?
Hallmark fans have been dying to know if Paevey will be returning to Hallmark. He teased his return in various social media posts earlier this year, sharing a shot of the Hallmark Headquarters. He also announced that he would attend a fan convention, which features other Hallmark stars.
However, Paevey shared that a Hallmark movie isn’t currently in the pipeline. One fan wrote in the comments, “Hope Hallmark magic is in the mix,” to which Paevey responded, “nothing so far….but who knows. I’m still around. ; )”
Paevey’s Other Projects
Paevey shared that he’s still working on his jewelry line. The lines will be released respectively in September and December, just in time for the holiday season. He’s also launching a YouTube channel that he’s been “rambling about for a year and finally has concrete progress on.”
Paevey has been working with a team of filmmakers and social media specialists for The Wanderers. In each episode, Paevey and his brother, Toshi, will surf along the San Diego coast. The meaning behind this project is “to highlight the beauty of San Diego’s coastline, from hidden beaches to popular breaks,” reports Entertainment Now.
