Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) are eagerly anticipating the arrival of the formidable witch Agatha Harkness, portrayed by Kathryn Hahn, in her own Disney Plus series. After captivating audiences as the lovable villain in the 2021 miniseries “WandaVision,” Agatha’s story is set to continue with the upcoming spin-off.
Initially known under various titles such as “Agatha: House of Harkness,” “Agatha: Coven of Chaos,” and “Agatha: The Darkhold Diaries,” the series has now been confirmed as “Agatha All Along.” This title pays homage to the character’s tongue-in-cheek theme song from “WandaVision,” adding to the anticipation surrounding the show.
“Agatha All Along” promises to delve deeper into Agatha’s backstory and her involvement with magic, as well as introduce new characters to the MCU. Joe Locke, known for his role in “Heartstopper,” is rumored to portray Wanda Maximoff’s son, Billy, while musical theatre legend Patti LuPone and “The White Lotus” star Aubrey Plaza join the cast as members of Agatha’s coven.
Returning “WandaVision” stars such as Emma Caulfield and Debra Jo Rupp will also reprise their roles, adding familiarity to the series as it explores the aftermath of the events in Westview. With promises of humor, depth, and stunning production design, “Agatha All Along” is shaping up to be a must-watch for MCU fans.
