Paris Fashion Week wouldn’t be Paris Fashion Week without L’Oreal, and so it was that the French cosmetics brand launched its latest catwalk presentation at the bi-annual event on Sunday evening.

With the Eiffel Tower serving as a suitably dramatic backdrop, celebrity brand ambassadors assembled in the French capital for the Walk Your Worth show – an empowering celebration of womanhood.

Kendall Jenner, Dame Helen Mirren, Elle Fanning and Eva Longoria were among those to walk the runway on a mild night in Paris, while Andie MacDowell, Viola Davis and Bollywood legend Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also made welcome appearances.

Accentuating her slender physique in an elegant silver gown, Kendall, 27, inevitably claimed the spotlight as the event got underway.

With metallic colours proving to be a dominant theme on the night, Dame Helen, 78, matched the American model in her own sweeping silver gown – complete with tastefully cinched waist.

Bucking the trend, Four Weddings And A Funeral star Andie opted for an edgy black PVC coat over a matching bralette and high-slung PVC trousers.

The actress, 65, rounded off her runway look with a pair of chunky silver heels, while dramatic make-up drew further attention to her delicately proportioned features.

Indian actress Aishwarya, 49, was on hand to co-present Sunday’s event, and she was appropriately dressed for the occasion in a heavily embellished gold gown with cascading overlays.

Eva, 48, was also on hand to add some additional glamour to the catwalk, and the Latina star looked stunning in a layered sheer dress as she joined her fellow ambassadors.

Evidently in high spirits, the Desperate Housewives actress waved to guests while making her latest promotional appearance on behalf of the cosmetics brand.

Making a surprise appearance at the event, Rochelle Humes walked the runway in a form-fitting sequinned gown with a thigh-high slash.

The This Morning co-host, 34, added to the look with a pair of strappy black heels, while her hair was side-parted and pushed away from her face.

Each of the brand’s spokespeople walked the runway, with other guests including Marie Bochet, Cindy Bruna, Camila Cabello, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Luma Grothe, Liya Kebede, Katherine Langford, Aja Naomi King, Soo Joo Park and Yseult.

Confirming the Eiffel Tower event in a September 12 press release, a L’Oreal Paris representative said: ‘In the heart of the world’s fashion capital, the esplanade of the iconic ‘Iron Lady’ will set the stage for a spectacular tribute to women’s empowerment — the first major event ever hosted at this monumental site.’

It is the sixth Walk Your Worth catwalk show to take place at Paris Fashion Week – to whom L’Oreal serves as an official partner – since 2017.

The representative added that it “will celebrate sisterhood as well as the synergy between state-of-the-art beauty expertise and fashion.”
