HELEN Flanagan has been spotted going braless in skintight workout gear while braving the cold in Manchester.

The mum-of-three showed off her incredible figure as she ᵴtriƥped down to an eye-catching blue shorts and bralette set.

Helen, 32, showed off her toned legs and the results of her recent boob job as she set pulses racing in the outfit.

The former Coronation Street star pulled her blonde hair back into a messy bun, as she appeared to wear minimal make-up.

She donned the two-piece blue set from PrettyLittleThing, showing off her rippling abs and trim waist, accessorising with white socks and pink trainers.

Helen completed her look with a Dior handbag and large oversized sunglasses as she headed out in chilly Manchester.

After braving the cold, she then covered up with a black zip-up hoodie as she left the fitness venue on Friday morning.

It comes after Helen shut down the possibility of having any more 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren after her split with Scott Sinclair.

The actor, who has three kids, was quizzed whether she would want to add to her brood during an Instagram Q&A.

Sharing a snap of her cuddling up to her little ones, she said that she finds it tough splitting herself in three to give them “equal attention”.

“I don’t want anymore babies. I’m obsessed with my three kids that I have and think I’m really lucky to have had three healthy 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren,” Helen wrote.

“I want to give each of them all of me and equal attention which is really hard work but worth it”.

Helen split from her footballer boyfriend in October last year after they were together for 13 years.

The pair, who first got together in 2009, have three adorable kids Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and one-year-old Charlie, who they welcomed back in August 2021.

Helen and Scott have been co-parenting since last year following their split.

Ready to get back onto the dating scene, she’s now being lined up for Celebs Go Dating.

TV insiders exclusively told The Sun that she’s top of the E4 show’s wish-list for the upcoming series.

A source explained: “Helen is the perfect candidate for Celebs Go Dating and E4 is hoping that she will agree to take part when they approach her for the new series.

“She is a television pro thanks to her time on Corrie and is incredibly glamorous.

“Helen would be the star signing for the show and the production team have put her name at the top of their wish list as they think she would be a hit with viewers. Helen only split from Scott five months ago so it’s still very early days for her in terms of finding love.

“She is also a devoted mum to their three 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren and hasn’t had time to meet anyone new.

“But the producers think that Helen may be open to dipping her toe back into the dating pool with the help of the the programme’s relationship experts Anna Williamson and Paul C Brunson.

“The show really does try and help the stars find love with people outside of their industry and Helen could take a lot from it.

“They will pull out all of the stops for Helen if did take part.”
