At the hospital, Lucas, Dante and Anna are in disbelief upon seeing the face of the car crash victim. It certainly looks like they think what we do, and somehow, Nathan is alive.
When Felica sees the man, she is also thrown, so much so that it looks like she might pass out. Nina, meanwhile, is moved to tears at seeing her beloved brother James again.
Britt gets a special care package, as it looks like someone delivers the mysterious experimental drug to Britt, the one keeping her Huntington’s in remission. She receives vials of them, with the note “Don’t forget to take your medicine!” It’s signed “C.” Cesar Faison, is that you?
Of course, that’s not all, as Port Charles gathers to say goodbye to Monica Quartermaine. And it appears that the funeral is about to get crashed, and no, not by Drew. Erika Slezak arrives in Port Charles. Tracy finds her in the Quartermaine crypt, standing by Lila’s plaque, and asks, “Who are you?” We all want to know that, but we also think we know the answer.
