Rochelle Humes and husband Marvin are holiday-shamed as couple enjoy 12TH lavish getaway of the year – with fans asking ‘why can’t you stay at home?’

Marvin and Rochelle Humes have left fans questioning the size of their carbon footprint as they posted from a family getaway in Dubai on Monday – their 12th holiday this year.

Taking to Instagram, Rochelle shared a gallery of photos of their sun soaked trip over the festive period with their three 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, daughters Alaia, 11, Valentina, seven, and four-year-old son Blake.

She wrote: ‘Our unconventional Christmas has begun.’

But fans quickly took to the comments with one asking why moving into their new £5 million home, wasn’t enough to keep them in the UK?

They asked: ‘Do you go away every year? I thought after building your lovely home you would of [sic] wanted to stay at home.’

Rochelle quickly responded to the fan by saying that once renovations are completed at the property, a new build which they have knocked down and rebuilt, they might be more inclined to make the most of it.

She replied: ‘Once it’s ready that might be a different story.’

In the series of pictures, the JLS star was seen walking along the beach with Valentina and Blake running alongside him.

Rochelle showed off her sensational figure in a black bikini which she wore under a white cropped open shirt and low rise denim jeans as she posed for a mirror selfie.

The couple also enjoyed a luxury yacht day during the holiday as they posed for a sweet photo together wearing colourful patterned co-ords.

This is the Rochelle and Marvin’s 12th trip of the year and it follows shortly after holidays to Paris this month, and in September.

They also took a holiday to Spain in August, the same month they visited Ibiza.

In July the former Saturdays singer and JLS star were in Lake Como, Italy and a month prior to that were in Paris again.

In May the couple jetted off for another trip to France, this time to Cannes which swiftly followed a holiday in the Maldives just a month prior.

In March they were in Miami, Florida, and in February posted snaps from Dubai.

Kicking off their 2024, Marvin and Rochelle were in The Maldives once again.

Last year, the couple revealed they are building their ‘forever home’ after moving out of their £3.3million north London family abode.

Rochelle shared the news on Instagram, admitting it was completely ‘out of the blue’, but that she was ‘so excited’.

The TV presenter explained how the couple had received an unexpected offer on their house and subsequently found a plot in an area they ‘have always loved’.

Admitting she ‘must be crazy’, Rochelle said the family will be living in a rental property for the next two years, joking that her and Marvin are ‘definitely a little bit gypsy at heart’.

Explaining what was going on, she said: ‘We are moving. Can you believe? I actually must be crazy. And I’m moving in every single sense of the word.

‘So first of all, with the house, we’ve found ourselves in a position where we got an offer on our house. Anyway, crazy.

‘It happened out of the blue, but we have found a plot that is in a spot that we have always loved so badly.’

She then revealed she and Marvin were constructing their own property and watching Grand Designs for inspiration.

Rochelle continued: ‘So we’re going to build a house. I’ve never built a house before.

‘I’m so excited but we are now in a rental for eighteen months to two years. I think more two years probably… plus, whilst we build hopefully the forever home.

‘We love moving. It’s become our favourite pastime. I’m not sure why, how or whatever but we’re definitely a little bit gypsy at heart. I love embarking on a new adventure.’

Rochelle said the new house won’t be far from their former property explaining: ‘We’re in the same sort of area so we’re not far.

‘The kids will stay in the same school so that’s good. We’ve promised each other this will be the forever home.

‘We’ve never down this before and I’m so happy and so excited about it. So that’s the home. I’m also moving offices.

‘I don’t know how everything’s happened at once but at the end of this week we’ll officially be given the keys and everything will be completed. New chapter incoming!’

Rochelle and JLS star Marvin moved into their £3.3 million London home in July 2020, and have spent the past two years redecorating the property to make it their own.

It boasts seven bathrooms, four reception rooms, his and hers dressing rooms, an internal lift and a 161ft garden.

Prior to that, the couple bought a £1.7million six-bedroom Grade II listed mansion in Es𝓈ℯ𝓍 in 2015 and spent more than a year turning it into their dream home before moving in in January 2017.

Rochelle and Marvin started dating in the height of their pop fame in 2010 and moved in together just three months later.

The DJ then popped the question by proposing on the Caribbean island of Antigua on New Year’s Eve in 2011.

Pop stars turned presenters Rochelle and Marvin tied the knot in a glitzy magazine deal wedding at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire in July 2012.

The couple renewed their wedding vows in July 2022 at the stunning Villa D’Este in Lake Como in front of their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, friends and family to mark 10 years of marriage.

10 Strange Signs of Low OXYGEN Levels (in your blood)

Millions of people are living with low blood oxygen levels, often without realizing it. This condition, known as hypoxemia, can stem from various factors, including respiratory issues, heart diseases, sleep disorders, and high altitudes. Ignoring the signs of low oxygen can pose serious health risks, and in extreme cases, it can be fatal. Understanding the symptoms is crucial for early detection and intervention. One of the most common yet often overlooked signs of low oxygen levels is frequent unexplained headaches. While headaches are common, persistent pain, particularly in the mornings, may indicate that the brain is not receiving enough oxygen. This can be especially true for those suffering from sleep-related respiratory problems like sleep apnea. Endless fatigue and weakness are also key indicators. If you find yourself feeling chronically tired despite adequate rest, it might be due to low oxygen levels affecting cellular energy production. Simply relying on caffeine or short naps is not a solution; a deeper investigation into your oxygen saturation levels is warranted. Shortness of breath during seemingly simple activities, such as climbing a few stairs or making the bed, is another alarming sign. When oxygen levels drop, the body struggles to maintain adequate oxygenation, leading to shallow breathing and a constant sense of breathlessness. Conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma can exacerbate this issue. Cognitive function can also suffer from hypoxemia. The brain requires a substantial amount of oxygen to function correctly, and low levels can lead to confusion, difficulty concentrating, and memory lapses. If you find yourself struggling to focus or feeling mentally fatigued, it may be worth checking your oxygen levels. One of the more visible signs of low oxygen is cyanosis, which manifests as a bluish tint to the skin, lips, or nails. This condition indicates a significant drop in blood oxygen levels and requires immediate medical attention. Similarly, a rapid heartbeat, or tachycardia, can occur as the heart attempts to compensate for the lack of oxygen, resulting in palpitations even at rest. Dizziness and faintness are additional symptoms that can signal low oxygen levels. If you frequently feel lightheaded when changing positions, it may indicate that your brain is not receiving sufficient oxygen, which is vital for maintaining balance. Athletes and active individuals may notice a decline in performance due to hypoxemia. If you’ve recently found yourself exhausted after activities that used to be easy, it may be time to assess your oxygen levels. This decline in endurance can be a subtle yet telling sign of inadequate oxygen supply to the muscles. Mood changes, including irritability and anxiety, can also be linked to low oxygen levels. Insufficient oxygen delivery can affect the nervous system, leading to heightened stress responses even without apparent triggers. If you notice unusual mood swings, it may be an indicator of hypoxemia. Finally, weak or slow-growing nails and hair can be an unexpected sign of low oxygen levels. Poor circulation and oxygenation can affect the health of hair follicles and nail roots, leading to brittle hair and nails that do not grow as they should. The primary causes of hypoxemia are often linked to respiratory and cardiovascular conditions, such as asthma, COPD, and sleep apnea. Additionally, factors like high altitudes and anemia can contribute to reduced oxygen transport in the blood. If you suspect low oxygen levels, consulting a healthcare professional is essential for appropriate testing, such as arterial blood gas analysis or using a pulse oximeter. To improve oxygen levels naturally, consider incorporating breathing exercises, engaging in regular physical activity, maintaining a well-ventilated environment, and following a balanced diet rich in iron. Proper hydration and maintaining good posture can also enhance oxygen delivery throughout the body. If you experience any of these strange symptoms, seeking medical advice is crucial. Awareness and early intervention can significantly impact your health and quality of life.

The storyline centers around Evelyn, who unexpectedly inherits her late cousin’s estate and is appointed as the executor. As she navigates the complexities of managing the estate, she discovers a series of unsettling paintings that seem to hold dark secrets. The trailer hints at a deeper mystery surrounding these artworks, with Evelyn’s mother dismissing her concerns about their eerie nature. However, Evelyn’s intuition leads her to believe that her cousin’s husband may have been involved in something sinister, potentially attempting to summon otherworldly entities on the night of their tragic deaths.
