FANS suspect Miley Cyrus may have gotten secret plastic surgery after noticing changes in new photos.
Miley, 30, has sparked speculation after longtime fans started pointing out differences in some of her facial features.

Recently, the Flowers singer shared a carousel of photos on Instagram, sporting her dark brunette locks – a look from her younger years in the Disney Channel spotlight.
The Used To Be Young hitmaker was seen pouting her lips at the camera as she sat outdoors and held onto a red Gucci purse.
Many fans pointed out the hairstyle change, as the artist has been sporting different lengths of blond hair over the past 10 years.
Other followers called out her facial structure, as some believed she may have secretly received a bit of plastic surgery.
“What happened to your face?!!” one person wrote, while a second similarly questioned: “Has anyone else noticed Miley’s facial change?”
“Omg what happened to your lips,” a third asked, insinuating the singer’s mouth looked bigger than before.
“Is she making a duck face intentionally or is that her mouth now? Sincerely asking,” a fourth inquired.
A fifth commented that her face “always looks stuck.”
“I just hope you don’t become obsessed with medical procedures. You are already beautiful,” another wrote.
Others inquired about surgery, saying: “The buccal fat removal trend is the fn worst. Why would you want to take away your youth & age yourself decades?”
The speculation came as her cheeks appeared more hollowed and her face seemed to be more chiseled in the photos.
Fans raised questions in another recent Instagram post of Miley’s that showed a close-up view of her face.
“I don’t even mean this in a rude way just a genuine question, does it look like she’s gotten a lot of facial plastic surgery to anyone else too???” one person asked.
Someone replied: “Buccal (cheek) fat removal but whyyyyyy she could’ve just achieved it by losing weight naturally.”
A HARD ‘NO’
While Miley didn’t respond in her Instagram comments, she has addressed plastic surgery rumors in the past.
Back in 2011, the singer clarified that she had never had any breast augmentation surgery on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Roughly a year later, she addressed the speculation that she had never gotten her lips done.
She tweeted: “Definitely don’t get my lips injected. it’s so sad that people have done so much s**t to their face people don’t believe in natural beauty.”
While fans have continued to speculate about Miley’s looks, the hitmaker has been keeping herself busy with releasing new music.
Most recently, she teamed up with a man who knows perfectly well how to sell millions of records – Taylor Swift’s long-term collaborator Jack Antonoff.
Miley made a major comeback with her chart-topping hit Flowers earlier this year, breaking several records on Spotify.
She dropped her Endless Summer Vacation album a few months later in March.
