The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, September 17, reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will pose a triple threat while Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) makes a demand of Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
On Cane’s train, he’ll look forward to Billy crushing Victor like a bug for him.
Cane will feel confident that Billy can topple Victor’s empire using the AI software that he’s ready to hand over.
All Cane will need is official confirmation that Billy’s on board and prepared to agree to his terms.
Of course, Cane will sneak in one more demand as part of the deal – though he may frame it as more of a request.

Regardless, Cane will think it’s time for Billy to patch things up with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton).
Since Cane has a soft spot for Jill and knows how upset she’s been over the conflict with her son, he’ll push Billy to make this right.
Billy will be reluctant since he felt so disrespected when Jill sold Chancellor to Victor and left him out in the cold.
The fact that Jill’s so close to Cane will only pour salt in the wound for Billy, so he’ll definitely put up a fight.
Meanwhile, Victor will have a strategy session and prepare to take down at least three enemies.
Y&R spoilers say Victor will plot against Billy, Cane and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) – and all of his plans could lead to disturbing news for his rivals as well as their companies.
Over with Jack, he’ll meet with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and warn her about the drama that’s threatening to erupt in Genoa City.
Jack will fret over Victor’s mission, Cane’s scheming and Billy getting used as a pawn, so he’ll sound the alarm to Nikki and leave her concerned, too.
Nikki may fish for updates from Victor later, but she won’t be able to stop the corporate chaos that’s about to be unleashed on multiple fronts.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor and Jack will team up sooner or later, but it’ll take a little more work before they’re in the right headspace for that!
